Absorbent type of person if we talk about gaining knowledge and learning about our product on a deep level.

Great listening skills, able to collect the experiences of our clients with our product on a constructive way. Able to prioritize the needs and/or other feedback you get from clients to report this towards our developers.

Because you work closely with our clients, you have the ability to seek trends and needs in the market. It's in your nature to do so, all for the aim to make our product better every day.

A start contract of 7 months

A starting salary between €2400 and €3000, this depends on your level of experience

28 vacation days 

A broad training budget

A pension arrangement (50/50)

19 cents per kilometer, with a maximum of 100 km per day


Role Mission. 

As an Onboarding Specialist at you are responsible for an optimal onboarding of our new customers. Our customers use a dashboard with data that tells them all about the performance of their fleet. Our goal is that our customers get the most out of this dashboard and this data, with the goal to decrease costs and increase roadsafety. Our cooperation stands or falls with a good explanation of our services to the customer. A good onboarding of our systems is essential in this. You are step 2 in the customer funnel: after the business consultant has made the collaboration definitive, the customer is transferred to you. You ensure that the customer completes the onboarding phase perfectly. Your days are filled with organizing online meetings to give customers a digital tour plenary or individually, but can also consist of promoting and presenting the latest upgrades in the app or the dashboard. In addition, you ensure that the customer has all tools such as login details and the correct authorizations and other matters that ensure the entire operation is well coördinated in the background.


Working for the lab., as a part of the RoadsafetyLAB. holding, provides insight into driving behavior. Our service is based on existing telematics, OEM or mobile data. gribb places enriched data in the right context and makes it actionable. gribb combines people, technology, data, road safety marketing and micro-learning to achieve our goal: 0-work-related traffic accidents as a result of human errors.

We see technology and systems that take over driving tasks from drivers as a huge opportunity. We use that technology, our data and roadsafety marketing to influence traffic behavior from automaticity to conscious behaviour. With our data we predict and ultimately prevent traffic accidents in work traffic and we are getting closer every day to our ultimate dream: a world without work traffic.
