Role Mission.

As a Marketing intern you're gonna be a very important part of the operational excellence within marketing projects. You will work closely with Hanne (head of Marketing) and our brand new marketing specialist. You also work together with our content creators (4 people) and one graphic Designer (Jessien). Together, you are gonna create ideas and projects with important outcomes regarding Employer branding, Product marketing, brand awareness, Marketing campaigns, etc. Your basic knowledge will help us, but especially your way of working: structured, eye for detail, the will to learn & absorb and creative in problemsolving.

After the Marketing Manager sets out the strategy at branding and product level, you work out the operational marketing plans together with the Marketing Specialist and you devise online and offline campaigns to achieve the marketing goals. These goals range from reaching potential customers (conquering a place in the market), to addressing a future employee (employer branding). You will look for possible trade fairs, online channels and other marketing means to take our stage in places where our target group can easily be reached. All activities are aimed at promoting our services, our brands and our organization. This includes implementing the marketing plan you create with the Marketing Specialist, preparing, executing and organizing marketing activities such as advertising campaigns and trade fairs. Setting up and conducting research: both the customer and market side. Following relevant trends and developments in the marketing field. You keep asking questions, are structured, creative and assertive. You have guts in your creation, you are independent in your work and you know the right way to translate the value of our brands and our organization into campaigns with image, sound and text.

Working for the lab.

gribb.tech, as a part of the RoadsafetyLAB. holding, provides insight into driving behavior. Our service is based on existing telematics, OEM or mobile data. gribb places enriched data in the right context and makes it actionable. gribb combines people, technology, data, road safety marketing and micro-learning to achieve our goal: 0-work-related traffic accidents as a result of human errors.

We see technology and systems that take over driving tasks from drivers as a huge opportunity. We use that technology, our data and roadsafety marketing to influence traffic behavior from automaticity to conscious behaviour. With our data we predict and ultimately prevent traffic accidents in work traffic and we are getting closer every day to our ultimate dream: a world without work traffic.
